Aprilaire Contest Rules

1. Eligibility - The featured contest (the contest) is open to legal residents of Cincinnati, Kentucky and Indiana who are at least 18 years old. Contest winners must be within JM Mechanical’s service area, and this is decided at the full discretion of JM Mechanical.
2. Sponsor - JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling
3. Agreement to Official Rules - Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decision of the sponsor, and or JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period - The Contest begins on and ends on the dates as specified on JMMechancial.com. Entries into the contest will be entered by JM Mechanical staff for the contest period and all entries are at the sole discretion of JM Mechanical staff as to eligibility of the Contest entry.
5. Requirements for entry - Eligibility for entry into the Contest. In order to enter the Contest, one must provide requested contact information and agree to contest rules and terms and conditions. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household for the duration of the "Contest".
6. Prize drawings for Contest - A JM Mechanical staff member or representative will select the winner for the contest on or about the second week following the contest end date. The potential winner is a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
7. Announcing winner and claiming prize - The contest winner will be announced via the provided email approximately 2 weeks following the end of the contest entry period. The contest winner will have to monitor the source mentioned for this announcement in order to redeem their prize for the contest. The winner will have until 4 weeks post announcement to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in the time frame mentioned the prize will not be awarded to the contest winner.
8. By entering in the contest I agree to participate and cooperate as required in editorial activities relating to the contest, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. I agree to grant JM Mechanical a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use footage and photographs in all media; including but not limited to online social networking sites.
9. Exclusive right - JM Mechanical and its staff reserves the right to edit, cancel and alter this contest, prize and dates mentioned as they see fit with no limitations to any aspect of the contest in written or verbal form.
10. If the product does not apply to your system, is not compatible with your system, or is not able to be installed on your system for any reason determined by JM Mechanical at its sole discretion, you may give the prize to a person of your choice within our service area. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash value.
