We used JM Mechanical to service our geothermal hvac today and we are very glad we did. The company that installed it never provided any service. We wanted to get with a local service company and JM has their office in West Chester but service all the tristate area. Our water in the geo thermal was nearly dry! Sean, our service tech corrected that, complete service took about an hour. $90. We are very pleased! No hard sell on a service contract either(which we will forego for now) so that is also much appreciated. Highly recommend JM Mechanical for any service you may need.

Kaden did well and was very courteous. There was some confusion through emails and texts from JM on the appointment time window. Not Kaden's fault.
