This employee went over and beyond. I had issues with the actual thermostat and he was able to get my thermostat working and would not leave until it was corrected. I truly appreciate it because I know nothing about thermostats HVAC systems.

Robert was awesome! Really informative and was able to answer any questions I had regarding my AC Unit along with having reasonable pricing . I will definitely use JM Mechanical again if I run into anymore problems.

I have used this company for my four rentals and my personal residence. They are always professional, on time, and give you options if needing repairs. No sales push to automatically get a new system like I received from other companies. Years ago, I had a furnace repair quote from another company that was really high and called JM to also get a quote which ended up being 40% less and the system is still working years later! I have worked with primarily Brandon - he's the best! Thanks JM Mechanical!
