I was absolutely blown away by Alex Willwerth, Ben Long, and their new trainee. I didn't get his name but all three were excellent. They went above and beyond with this specific job. They were originally there to replace A/C parts and quickly realized I had a gas leak. As a father with two small children, this was very alarming. The team quickly worked to fix the leak, reconfigure the piping so this wouldn't happen again. Alex could still see my unease and offered to walk my wife and I through everything he had fixed. He offered up a carbon monoxide detector and checked all piping to ensure there was no leaks. He also asked us to follow up with Duke Energy so we would be at ease. To me, this was above and beyond the call of duty. All three men were patient, professional and articulate in walking us through problems. Good help is tough to find, I hope these three men continue their good work, and are rewarded for it. I appreciated their help and kindness more than they could know. Thanks for everything!
Great price and even got a free upgrade when my system was unavailable. No pressure sales, just information and answers. Installer was amazing (Alex). He went above and beyond what I expected and left my home spotless when he was finished. I would recommend to anyone!!! 100%satisfied!!!

I recently hired JM Mechanical to install an entire new furnace into my home after my old unit was requiring a $1,000 part needed to repair. The old unit was about 16 years old and was slowly becoming a money pit for repairs year over year. After speaking with the lead technician and the owner of the company it made more sense to install a new and more reliable and efficient unit for my family so we weren't trapped without heat the following winters to come.
The technicians were friends and greeted me when they arrived. JM Mechanical uses the newest technologies for their appointment scheduler and communications between the customer and their dispatch. They arrived promptly the morning of the install as agreed and were in and out if my house within 4 hours with the old furnace removed and the new furnace 100% installed and operating.
I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, reliability and quality parts that they use. A+ Service
