The air conditioning in my office building went out and I called a business that advertised 1 hour. They came out and told me that there wasn't an issue but I owed them $250. As frustrated as I was, I gave them a check and went about my day. Later that night I was expressing my frustrations to my wonderful wife and she emailed Josh with JM Mechanical and explained the situation to him. Josh had someone come out by noon the next day. Needless to say there was an issue and Josh's team fixed it. Thank you for your wonderful service! We will be a customer for life!
