Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hybrid Work Model: Combination of in-office and remote work, with occasional local travel.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This part-time position offers flexible hours and has the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and schedule appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks using Quickbooks (training provided if necessary).
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model, including in-office and remote work.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the immediate Tri-State area.
