Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This part-time position offers flexible hours and has the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with field technicians and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain organized and accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with light accounting tasks using Quickbooks (training provided if necessary).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model, including in-office and remote work.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within the immediate Tri-State area.
