The technician, Jared Teagarden, quickly assessed the issue and figured out how to fix the mini-split air conditioner leaking. Somehow a mouse had gotten into the unit and made a home. What a mess!! Jared moved furniture to access the unit and took it outside for a thorough cleaning. Fantastic service during the extreme heat of an August summer afternoon!! I highly recommend JM Mechanical!!!

We had extremely great service from JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Shaun, Donald and his team member (didn't catch his name but he was a vet) did an amazing job troubleshooting and installing a new HVAC system for us. They were met with some adversity in our older home but they prevailed! Highly recommended!

Over this holiday weekend, they went out of their way to help us troubleshooting our ac problem and then sent out a tech asap to further diagnose the problem. Everyone was kind and respectful of our property and our children. They truly care able their customers and treat them almost as if they are family. No pressure, no hassle, just honest to goodness hard workmanship! Thank you for getting us back up and running in the most efficient and least expensive way!
