Just had a new furnace installed by JM and have now worked with three different technicians in Rob, Brandon and Jason. All three were super knowledgeable, polite answered all of my questions and made me feel like they were really trying to help. They were able to get a new furnace installed in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend JM to anyone in need of HVAC help and will definitely call them again the next time I need something.
I have had consistently great experiences working with JM Mechanical - Jared Teegarden in particular. Jared has offered excellent services and knowledgeable advice every time he has been by our home. I have had some difficulty in the past finding a company that is able to support my whole home Mini split system as it is relatively uncommon in the ohio area. Jared has demonstrated knowledge of such systems and has also done independent research and provided me additional insights. We had a great experience with JM Mechanical! We appreciated their knowledge of a boiler and radiator system - they taught us how it all works in our new-to-us old house.
