Very professional service today from your technician, Jared Teagarden. He checked my furnace to insure it was functioning properly, replaced the filter, and corrected an airflow issue I was having, all at a reasonable cost.
Guys were On time
Jared was very thorough in inspecting our furnace and heating system. He pointed out a problem area with our return-air duct work, where several nails used in the original construction are working their way loose and need to be replaced with screws. No one had noticed this or pointed it out previously. This shows an individual who does high quality work and takes their job seriously. Kudos, Jared! ????
I've been using JM Mechanical for several years. They always have well trained techs. My only complaint is they charge ridiculous prices for switching out a thermostat. My Eccobee failed, they wanted $315 to install a Honeywell T-4 ($45 on Amazon) and nearly $1k for a new Eccobee.
Sean and his assistant did a great job.
Michael was able to come earlier than planned. Listened and asked appropriate questions to identify the problem with my system. Quickly confirmed where the problem was and fortunately had the necessary part with him. My system was up and cooling within a half hour.
