This company is a class act! Purchased a unit from them 3 years ago and was given such amazing service that my immediate neighbor took my advice and bought a unit from them as well within weeks of mine. Fast forward to this week and the A/C wouldn't start so reached out and they sent Jared Teegarden. Jared was amazing...knows his stuff...super smart...and very customer focused. Wouldn't leave until he was absolutely certain that the problem was resolved...and thank goodness because there was a secondary issue being masked by the first issue. Better hold onto Jared and not let him get away!!
I am very impressed by this company. Jared came out to look at a problem with our heat in the middle of winter. It's an issue that I've had someone else look at twice, begin replacing random parts and still failed to fix it. Jared was able to identify the root cause and address it in almost no time. Not only was the problem addressed, he did some diagnostic work to test other things and gave me an honest view on what may be needed if I am trying to keep this thing running given the units age. Obviously knows what he's doing. This is my second time dealing with JM who serviced another property for me and equally top notch service and results. In a world full of people who don't know their a** from their elbow, JM clearly stands out so if you want proper service with an honest team that will tell you how it is, and at a fair price, then call them.
The men from JM Mechanical came to install a 3 unit mini split for me. They did an awesome job. They were on time, professional and got the job done correctly. They worked in less than optimal conditions and were very nice to deal with. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
