I've worked with JM Mechanical a few times now (first to install my new HVAC system and now for a maintenance check). Every time I interact with someone of their team it's truly a delight. They are polite, clean, knowledgeable and honest. Jared T. came today and took the time to walk me through how my system worked, what he was doing, and how he was checking for any issues. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. It reinforced that I will be calling JM for my future needs!
Service was good and on time. The mechanic was professional and was able to locate the issue. He was able to get a part the HVAC needed the same day and at a reasonable price. Was able to get the system up and running within a few minutes. Hopefully the problem was resolved but I would definitely call JMM if more work is needed they are really good at their job.
JM Mechanical is consistently the best around when it comes to service, value, and customer experience when needing work on my Heating and Air Conditioning. Since I started working with them five years ago, they consistently give me easy-to-understand and trustworthy advice and always take the time to make sure I understand the benefits and risks of any of the approaches they recommend. Hands down, best around.
