JM made our experience as simple as they come from sales to installation of a complete new system. We had some power surge hit our home and knock out the HVAC system, a TV along with sound bar, front porch light, also the internet router. Not to fun in 90 plus weather with the wife being 7 months pregnant. The install team was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, all around pleasant to be around. Due to the surge, JM recommended adding power surge protection to each individual unit just in case something like this were to ever happen again so we took them on that offer also we will be signing up for the JM service plan. Thank you to the JM family! We would definitely recommend JM to others.

Old HVAC broke, they were replacing mine within 2 days of calling. Very thorough with the whole process. Respectful of the house. Even ordered parts and called in an extra guy the day of Replacement, when I decided to move the outside unit last minute. Great prices and service. Will use for any future work.

JM Mechanical helped me in my time of need. We're in the middle of a heat wave and my usual HVAC company couldn't help me for 2 days. Robert came out the same day, found and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He had the replacement capacitor that My system needed. He came when he said he would and was pleasant and polite. I highly recommend JM Mechanical and specifically Robert.

Very professional. My service repair person was Robert Wilder. On time.. very polite .. professional .. and knowledgeable !! And the service was very affordable. I will use them again ! And I will refer them to my friends!

This company is timely; Their technicians are courteous & knowledgeable in what they do. Today, my tech, Robert Wilder, did an AC spring tube-up & replaced the capacitor on my unit. That was able to be done same visit as he had one in his truck. He took the time to explain the need for the replacement & answered my questions. I appreciate their service in helping me to maintain my AC & furnace (both older units).

Robert was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his kindness and thoroughness. My appointment was for 3:00 pm. he had a cancellation and called and was able to come earlier. In addition, he did not try to sell me anything additional. I rate him ????????????????????
