Robert Wilder came out for a routine maintenance check. The tech was on time, very thorough and friendly. Everyone at JM Mechanical has been super helpful, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Robert showed up on time. He explained what he was doing and shared the result of each test he was making. I have a minor blower issue and was told it would be best to monitor for now. I appreciate that he didn't pressure to replace something when not needed. This company was recommended to me by another hvac company that couldn't work in Ohio.
