Amazing service! Friendly is an understatement, they even entertained our German Shepherd by playing fetch with him. Very knowledgeable and efficient as well. You can tell they love their work and they know how to do it. Highly recommend!!
JM Mechanical services all 20+ locations, of our company, and we are very happy with the technicians and the very prompt response time. The customer service of Josh, Brandon and Jason has been excellent.
The guys showed up right on time, quickly got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. It's always a great experience working with JM.
The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and professional and she immediately gave me available times and fortunately Jason was able to come on site today, detect the problem and I ended up needing a brand new water heater after mine had been over 12 years old. Jason was incredibly professional, courteous, fast, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend JM to anyone and if I ever have trouble again they will be my FIRST call! Thank you for the exceptional service!!
First call to Cory @JM went very well, explained to her that I wanted a tune-up for my hvac system she knew exactly what I wanted and stated she would send Brandon to service my system. Brandon showed up was very professional performed the tune-up, explained some things for me to consider for the future needless to say I will be a repeat customer from here on, and will gladly recommend JM Mechanical to anybody needing service. Very hard these days to find service companies that are reliable and trustworthy. Great job Brandon and Cory really appreciated.

These guys were great. I had a new furnace installed and everything went like clockwork. Timing was exactly as estimated. A text was sent to let me know when they were on the way, along with a link to track their arrival. The guys were super nice, wore boot covers to protect floors, and were respectful of property. They took a credit card and emailed the receipt, signed agreements, and checklist immediately. The office does the work to file the warranty so you don't forget, then sends that information by mail. The price was competitive, the business ran like a well-oiled machine, and I'm toasty warm as I write this review.
JM Mechanical was fantastic. Our furnace was deemed too unsafe to use, so we got quotes from several local companies. Theirs was the best by several hundred dollars, for the same equipment as their competitors. Better yet, the we're at our house the next day installing our new furnace. Josh was friendly and professional and the crew that completed the installation did an excellent job.
Brandon was great and was here to help us in no time. I can't thank him enough for his wonderful service. We will highly recommend you and appreciate everything Brandon has done for us. We look forward to the completion of installing our new furnace.
Jason at JM Mechanical is very friendly and efficient. He is knowledgeable about boiler heat, which I appreciate because I have never had this kind of heat before. I trust what Jason does and would recommend him and JM Mechanical to anyone.
