Great service. They actually called to schedule an earlier time. The technician was really good. He explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood before starting work.
UPDATE- James installed a new water heater. As always, the job was done professionally and quickly. I highly recommend them.

Updated: Just had the Install crew here to perform a very difficult installation. They did it in easy-peasy fashion! Furnace working perfectly and I now have a higher efficiency furnace providing reliable heat again ! They have the RIGHT culture for a HVAC service company. A PERFECT customer experience! I up my rating from eleventeen stars to 13 stars. If you ever need HVAC work done, please call these folks...Fair pricing, no BS and super efficient at their job. Thank you for being the exception to the rule and doing an awesome job!!!
James and David did a wonderful job replacing my furnace, AC, and water heater. It was a big 2 day job. They were miticulous, timely, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with them and JM Mechanical. Highly recommend!
