JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a 5 star company with 5-star employees. Over this holiday weekend, they went out of their way to help us troubleshooting our ac problem and then sent out a tech asap to further diagnose the problem. Everyone was kind and respectful of our property and our children. They truly care able their customers and treat them almost as if they are family. No pressure, no hassle, just honest to goodness hard workmanship! Thank you for getting us back up and running in the most efficient and least expensive way!

My entire experience with JM Mechanical has been top notch. I dealt with 5 people (sales, scheduling, & 3 technicians), all of whom were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. Communication is great at every step, they explain things, clean up after their work, and generally treat the customer with respect. They replaced my furnace about 5 years ago and I came back to them when my AC went out.
Outstanding experience as this co is top notch!! Everything from their introduction of the employees that did the installation via e-Mail to their professionalism in every aspect of the job was excellent!! I will recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC help!
