I used JM Mechanical today based on referral from neighbor. The technician, Sean Kunz, that came out to provide maintenance on my furnace was very professional and competent. Jared is a true professional and epitomizes what customer service was like in this country many years ago. He worked tirelessly on getting heat to our home working into the late evening hours. Any HVAC work needed on our home in Ohio I have speed dial to JM Mechanical &Cooling and asking for Jared.
Sean came out to inspect furnaces. He was super: knowledgeable and a great communicator. He called me when he was on his way. He explained everything that he found. He even conscientiously wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house. And my communications with Jessica in the office were so helpful. Finally, the price for a furnace inspection is very reasonable. I can wholeheartedly recommend JM.
