Very efficient, responsive, informative and friendly.
The technician called to let me know he was on his way when he got to my house he was very professional checking my system and he let me know that it was in very good shape unlike the other company that I used to have service through which told me that I need to get it fixed (a lie) I am glad that I called JM Mechanical for a second and honest opinion. Thank you JM Mechanical
Mike Fritts was awesome.
They were very nice! Very reasonable prices! Gave me lots of options and let me choose but didn't try to upsell me a bunch! Came in a timely manner and installed a new filter and uv light on the hvac! So yay! They are definitely our choice now for all of our hvac things! Yay!
Serviced old a/c unit until it could no longer work then I purchased a brand new unit from them at a great price, they arrived on time and finished installation earlier than expected. Customer service and technicians are always respectful, courteous and detailed. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of with JM
