Brandon was on time and extremely professional. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and was honest with me about how much it would cost to repair vs replace. We definitely plan on using them again!
Ryan Watson and his crew were fantastic. They worked until 8:00 PM that day. Our old AC went out when we were out of town so I called JM Mechanical on a Monday and new AC & furnace were installed 2 days later.

Brandon Snowden was my service technician and I explained to him what my furnace was doing(or not doing).. no heat!!!..I had called last night to see when someone would come out and they got to me 1st thing this morning!..Brandon showed me what was wrong, went to get the part and had it installed in no time. Brandon was so nice and very knowledgeable and I knew I was in good hands! Bless you Brandon! You were absolutely amazing! JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling is the place to go if you ever have a problem with your furnace or AC!

Yesterday one of JM Mechanical's newest service men, Robert Wilder, did my yearly furnace maintenance. He most certainly is an asset to the company in every way ..... customer service oriented, great personality, explained and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend you ask for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As usual JM Mechanic provided GREAT customer service. Brandon worked on my furnace today and explained the new part he put in and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. I highly recommend using JM Mechanical.
