I took advantage of JM Mechanical's tune up special. The tech was very professional, on time, and asked if I had any concerns with my heating unit, which reminded me of an issue. He listened and took care of the tune up and explained what the issue was and made adjustments to fix the issue. Overall great experience.
First time using this company, it was very easy to make an appointment and scheduling was a breeze. Came to my home exactly at the appointment time and called thirty minutes prior to coming. Jason my Technician was polite and completed the job in a timely fashion. Already scheduled a second appointment for a different concern.

My second year using this company and I have nothing but positive things to say about their technicians. They're professional, conversational, punctual, and respectable. Robert W. was my technician today, he serviced my furnace in a timely manner and gave me an update. I would recommend this company to anyone.
We've thrown a lot of challenges at JM Mechanical Heating & Cooling, and they've risen to the occasion - in fact, exceeded - every time. They're a great partner for heating and cooling, and their employees and supervisors are punctual, courteous, service-oriented and skilled. I highly recommend them if you're considering them.
Brandon was a big help and I would use them again.
Robert was punctual, friendly, knowledgable and he efficiently corrected my furnace issue.
Wayne was awesome ...totally explained everything so I could understand..i would recommend him to everyone..very professional.
Called them on Friday for a routine service call, had someone there Monday. Brandon was quickly in and out, answered my questions and explained areas for me to keep an eye on.
JM Mechanical is GREAT! We have had them install a new heater, air conditioner and hot water heater at our new office and we also use them for personal home repairs. Just called them yesterday about our heater not turning on and they came right out (even though it started working again out of the blue). Robert was very helpful and even did a maintenance check on it and cleaned some things up. I highly recommend them and they are very reasonably priced. Thanks JM Mechanical!
