We needed to have a heat pump replaced and some other major work done. Everything went off without a hitch and they completed the work in less time than expected -- allowing me to get more done in my day without any worries. Excellent company -- they do all of our HVAC work and we trust them completely.
Had a nightmare situation with Apollo, switched to JM and they were professional and timely and performed excellent work at an excellent price. Highly recommend.
JM Mechanical provided us with the best customer service! The owner personally came out to our house to write up an estimate (with a 24 hour notice), was upfront and honest about his business model and responded quickly to follow up emails. The technician who installed the unit was professional, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. The 0% APR financing for 60 months is a huge plus they offer!! We plan to continue our maintenance services with them moving forward and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

Everyone at JM Mechanical has been a joy to work with. I contacted them for service on my A/C and decided to replace my entire 29-year-old system. Wayne even me the part needed to repair the old unit until the new one could be installed. James, Jason and Alex were friendly and professional when they installed the new system.
We just had a service call with Wayne set up through our home warranty. He was excellent-- professional, knowledgeable, explanatory and patient. We've had questionable experiences with other companies, but will be calling on JM Mechanical again.
