Really happy with my experience. My furnace stopped working and I started calling any company I could find to see who could get here quickest. Had another company come and tell me they could repair my unit for $1,200 tomorrow or replace it which they obviously recommended. Luckily I had JM come shortly after to get a second opinion. Jason easily got my unit working in 15 minutes. I asked him about the repair recommended and he said if I wanted to go that route it would cost half of what the other company quoted but I probably won't need to do it soon. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I will only be calling JM for any of my future needs.
I appreciate the honesty and attention that JM Mechanical provides. Brandon came yesterday to provide my regular maintenance. He was punctual and polite and thorough.
I needed heat on in an apartment building that had a fire in one of the units. I called Julie with JM Mechanicals and she was awesome. Got me the help I needed to restore the boiler heat so the other tenants could have heat and be able to stay in their units. The technicians were very polite and professional, they called me when they got there ( I was not on site) and called me when they were finished. Great group of people to work with . I wouldn't call anyone else.....

I've been using JM Mechanical at my house for the last 4 or 5 years. Brandon was at my house today and was his usual friendly self. Here is why I continue to use JM Mechanical:

Fantastic service! From the staff I spoke with the two service and installation technicians, all were very informative and professional. I highly recommend JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I plan to utilize their services in the future for my semi- annual HVAC check-up!
11/18/19 - Just an Update: I signed up with JM Mechanical to perform my annual furnace check-up. The technician arrived at a convenient time, was very personable and helpful, he went thru the entire process with me and answered all of my questions with patience. I highly recommend JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling!
Brandon visited again today for our annual furnace checkup. Again he was very prompt. Excellent service. Brandon is a pleasure to work with.....
Can always get an appointment quickly. We get the same technician so you know what to expect. Always honest information with no hard sale.

I've been a contractor for 30 years, and am licensed in CA, FL and AZ. I've worked with a lot of subs. These guys are organized, timely and efficient and charged what they quoted. To me that's a 5
