After our dated system quit working, we received quotes from several companies, including JM Mechanical. Not only was their quote very competitive, but the quality of their service was bar none! I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Josh, as well as his experienced staff. Ryan, JM's lead project manager, and his entire crew were extremely polite and thoughtful throughout the entire installation of a completely new system. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and the entire sales experience. I look forward to the energy savings of the new system and will use JM for continued maintenance to keep it up and running.
The tech that came out was at the appointment right on time. Scheduling was very easy. The inspection of the HVAC unit was very thorough and the tech did not try to say things were wrong and sell us a bunch of stuff we did not need. And the price of the service was very affordable.
We've always had a great experience with JM Mechanical starting with Cory at the phone who will talk through your needs and is very knowledgeable about their services. Robert came out recently and was incredibly helpful and resourceful as well as personable. We'll always use JM Mechanical for our HVAC needs!
Robert and Alex were very professional and courteous. Robert did a great job answering questions & explaining everything that he did as part of the annual tune-up for the furnace. Also provided a tentative plan and options for future to be better prepared as the furnace was about 20+ yr old, but clarified that everything was working and in good shape at the moment. I would highly recommend JM to my friends and family & would call them back for the annual maintenance going forward.

I have used this company over the last ten years and they have always been consistent. They are always looking for ways to improve their customer service and make it a better experience for the consumer. I would highly recommend them.
Really happy with my experience. My furnace stopped working and I started calling any company I could find to see who could get here quickest. Had another company come and tell me they could repair my unit for $1,200 tomorrow or replace it which they obviously recommended. Luckily I had JM come shortly after to get a second opinion. Jason easily got my unit working in 15 minutes. I asked him about the repair recommended and he said if I wanted to go that route it would cost half of what the other company quoted but I probably won't need to do it soon. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I will only be calling JM for any of my future needs.

I needed heat on in an apartment building that had a fire in one of the units. I called Julie with JM Mechanicals and she was awesome. Got me the help I needed to restore the boiler heat so the other tenants could have heat and be able to stay in their units. The technicians were very polite and professional, they called me when they got there ( I was not on site) and called me when they were finished. Great group of people to work with . I wouldn't call anyone else.....
