Thank you, Robert, at JM Mechanical for fixing my AC so quickly and expertly! He came with mask, shoe covers and gloves to service my AC unit. Very concientious of Covid19 safety measures!
I left a voice mail for JM Mechanical last night and had a call back from them first thing this morning. Robert was at my door while I was on the phone with Cori in Customer Service! Everyone there is so polite, friendly and helpful. I recommend them for all your HVAC/Water Heater needs! Love this company. Good people who treat their customers with care and respect. Rob was on time and very easy to talk with. He went about his work to service our units efficiently. He ended up replacing a capacitor in one of our units which I appreciated, although I didn't appreciate the cost! But I am happy that at least I don't have to worry about it and liked how he quantitatively proved that it was not holding what it needed to. It was easy to schedule the service and everything went smooth. I recommend JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling and specifically, Rob.
We had a small hick up with the job not being complete 100%. The owner came out and acknowledged a training opportunity and worked with his team hands on there and personally worked through everything and taught us key things to look for as it relates to our furnace. Externally professional and over the top follow up!
Had a small issue with a recent installation. JM responded immediately and sent Brandon out the next day at 8am. He evaluated the situation and although it didn't present itself at the moment, Brandon applied a fix which should resolve the issue. JM is excellent in responsiveness and we continue to be pleased that we chose them for our new AC.
I contacted JM Mechanical to get a quote for a new heating and cooling system. They got back to me quickly and were super helpful.

JM Mechanical has been great to work with over the years for my personal home. I have a rental unit in Hyde Park that needed maintenance. They set-up an actual appointment time and not a window of time and I was notified and able to see that their employee was on the way. Brandon arrived on time, was very courteous to my renter, was thorough in his inspection and report. I'm very happy with JM and have & will continue to recommend them to others.
