JM Mechanical provided us with the best customer service! The owner personally came out to our house to write up an estimate (with a 24 hour notice), was upfront and honest about his business model and responded quickly to follow up emails. The technician who installed the unit was professional, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. The 0% APR financing for 60 months is a huge plus they offer!! We plan to continue our maintenance services with them moving forward and will recommend to all of my friends and family.
This company has really got it together. Nobody is left wondering whats next. They come they do the job and they're great. They're friendly. And very professional. Wayne Hudson loves this company
Everyone at JM Mechanical has been a joy to work with. I contacted them for service on my A/C and decided to replace my entire 29-year-old system. Wayne even me the part needed to repair the old unit until the new one could be installed. James, Jason and Alex were friendly and professional when they installed the new system.
We just had a service call with Wayne set up through our home warranty. He was excellent-- professional, knowledgeable, explanatory and patient. We've had questionable experiences with other companies, but will be calling on JM Mechanical again.
I had a new heat pump system Installed. Brandon, James and Dave were all extremely pleasant to deal with. They were punctual, efficient and hard working. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend JM Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC Installation or service.

Today is 90 degree in my area and i get lucky. Why because JM Mech. sent me James like a good Samaritan for me to replace my AC unit with a new one. After 2h everything was done. Thank you James for your great job you did today 8/5/2019. Also i let you know it s running and working great
We just purchased our first home. The sellers actually found this company and got an estimate from them but then turned around and bad-mouthed the company.
My husband and I decided to go through JM anyway and we are so glad that did! Wayne was professional and courteous. He explained everything in a manner that was easy for me to understand. The system is very old (21 years). The seller said it was 6 and then became angry when JM told them it was 21 and pointed out the issues with it. It's obviously and old outdated system and I appreciate Wayne explaining how a new one would be beneficial. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything, just being given an honest opinion about an ancient piece of equipment.
Wayne did some repairs anyway, per our contract with the seller, and cleaned it. Despite the seller saying it had been cleaned, it clearly hadn't been done well. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others!!
Additionally another thing that I greatly appreciated was how JM handles time slots. I was given a 2 hours window. However, once the technician we as on his way I was texted a picture as well as an arrival time. I thought this was a great way to do it! I wasn't just left wondering and waiting. I was clearly communicated with!!

JM Mechanical is awesome!! I had an appointment for regular maintenance. But my other condo sprung an emergency problem. JM was able to fix the clog at the emergency building and also perform the regular maintenance at my other location. Brandon was professional, courteous, and took care of both properties in about an hour and a half. I recommend JM to anyone looking for HVAC work. Thank you guys!!
