When my AC stopped working, Josh, the owner, came to my house on his day off to give me a quote on a replacement, and made sure the technicians could come the next day to do the job. I really appreciated him going above and beyond! The technicians came early the next day and replaced my old AC in under 4 hours! Thanks again team!
Very organized company! They keep you updated every step of the way and when you're dealing with a home warranty company as well this is so helpful. Brandon came out and did the original assessment then James and David came to do the work that was needed. All three great guys! Highly recommend!
We are very happy with our new air conditioning system! We had several other quotes from companies charging much more for lesser quality systems. Within a week we had a quote (Brandon was great, professional and helpful) and the new system was installed (Jason and Alex were efficient, professional and respectful of our house and our indoor cats). The office was efficient, polite and answered our calls and any questions quickly and honestly. We had a great experience and highly recommend JM Mechanical.
Our experience with Wayne Hudson was great. He was very professional and personable. He answered our questions and walked us through what he was doing for our Air Condition System.

The two gentleman James and David, who installed a new furnace at my property in Mt. Washington on Wednesday, July 17, were courteous and knowledgeable. A very old Williamson furnace was removed and the new unit installed in one day. This was a huge job. These two gentlemen are an asset to JM Mechanical Heating & Cooling.

The office staff are very friendly, and they follow-up to be sure everything went as expected, and really want to help if there were any issues. Brandon is exceptional, takes the time to explain what is going on and really seems to care about his customers. A+ experience.
