Over the years I have tried several different HVAC companies and have been pretty disappointed... my recent experience with JM Mechanical was great from start to finish though. Excellent customer service, fast response, knowledgable servicemen and clear explanations.
I have had JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling for many years and they have never let me down. My air conditioning went out and they promptly came to check the problem. The unit was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They quickly made time for us. James worked in 90 degree weather to install a new unit, always remaining pleasant and polite.
James and David installed our new AC unit and coil today. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. JM Mechanical has been a great company to work with, great staff!
This company was a breath of fresh air after having contacted 3 others. I was working through a warranty company to get my AC fixed. I have MS and with the heat we were having, I needed someone ASAP. The first company they gave me couldn't get to me for at least 5 days. The second company I had to call 9 times before I could reach them and get a commitment. They said their guy would call me that afternoon and he didn't. I was told someone would be here at 5:00. They weren't. A lot of back and forth to no avail. The third one was going to be 9 days and I could not understand him. Finally, I got JM Mechanical. After 2 days of going through all of this, I was not in a great place! I called them and they were great! Said they could get to me in 2 days. Sent me an appointment email, an email letting me know he was on his way and a picture of him. And a "how did we do?" email. I was told Brandon would arrive between 8 and 10 and he arrived promptly at 8. Came in, took care of things and was out of here in no time. Took his shoe covers on and off every time he went in and out. Very polite and courteous. Would absolutely use them again! They were great! I am not one to normally do reviews or ones this long, so they had to be pretty good!
FANTASTIC service! Brandon came out on a Saturday (after us calling on the previous day) to inspect our Humidifier, and found out exactly what was wrong with it, fixed it, and serviced the rest of our HVAC unit in a little under an hour for a very reasonable price. We just found our favorite HVAC experts in Cincinnati!
Technicians showed up on time and were very professional. They had to replace a heat pump and heating elements (pretty much a complete replacement) for an old unit that had failed. They got to work right away, finished the job in a few hours and cleaned everything up before they left. They tested the new unit and let me know what to expect with a new AC/heat pump and who to contact if I had more questions. I would definitely recommend them.
J&M Mechanical is by far the best HVAC service company we've dealt with! Great customer service and communication with Julie, and a highly skilled technician in Brandon! Prompt, now wait service, and immediate follow up. Will continue to contract with J&M for future HVAC service needs. Very highly recommended!
This was the first time I used JM Mechanical. The serviceman Jason, was very professional and informative when adding freon to my system. I would recommend him to others I know.
JM sent out Jason Dine to service my AC unit. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time and called to make sure that was ok. I didn't have to sit around and wait on a technician like other companies. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on the work he would be performing. He explained what he was checking for and let me know what kind of prices certain things could cost. That was very helpful on making decisions on what to do with my unit. Fortunately for my situation my coil was fine and all I needed was a refill on refrigerant. Thank you JM and thanks to Jason my house is cold again before it really starts getting hot outside.
I was referred to JM because I was told our air conditioner had a leak and would have to be replaced soon. Brandon came out to give an estimate and explained everything the company could do and the cost. While he was here, the a/c froze up and he got it working again and said he could have a team out in 3 days to replace the furnace and a/c. Both were 14 years old. The cost was very reasonable and we were grateful that JM could schedule us so soon. We also appreciated the great financing options that JM has. We were thrilled that we could get everything done quickly because the weather was going to get hot. Brandon is a great representative of your company and we have already referred one of our neighbors to JM.
