Our experience with Wayne Hudson was great. He was very professional and personable. He answered our questions and walked us through what he was doing for our Air Condition System.
We called on Monday and had a new HVAC system installed the same week! Everybody we dealt with was very professional and great to work with, especially James and Dave.
The two gentleman James and David, who installed a new furnace at my property in Mt. Washington on Wednesday, July 17, were courteous and knowledgeable. A very old Williamson furnace was removed and the new unit installed in one day. This was a huge job. These two gentlemen are an asset to JM Mechanical Heating & Cooling.
JM Mechanical was amazing at setting up my new furnace and AC! They were on time and got the job done quickly. The techs were very professional and answered all my questions! My house is now cool and ready for the upcoming heat wave! Highly recommended!

The office staff are very friendly, and they follow-up to be sure everything went as expected, and really want to help if there were any issues. Brandon is exceptional, takes the time to explain what is going on and really seems to care about his customers. A+ experience.

Over the years I have tried several different HVAC companies and have been pretty disappointed... my recent experience with JM Mechanical was great from start to finish though. Excellent customer service, fast response, knowledgable servicemen and clear explanations.
I have had JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling for many years and they have never let me down. My air conditioning went out and they promptly came to check the problem. The unit was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They quickly made time for us. James worked in 90 degree weather to install a new unit, always remaining pleasant and polite.
James and David installed our new AC unit and coil today. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. JM Mechanical has been a great company to work with, great staff!
