We needed AC unit repaired Cori talked to us on phone told us they were very busy which they were, 88 degrees things get busy fast , 12 or noon l called Cori said she would do her best to get get us help , she called back and sending someone by 3 or so , l said thanks ..Jeremy was the guy who came to fix unit, from first call to the end was a humble experience of people who want to help others with breaking the bank, work was done and was easy to understand the tech...thank you Cori , Jeremy n all who were part of helping us ..Five stars to the JM Mechanical HVAC ..l will have this company as my go to people ,, again thanks JM Mechanical. They did not break the bank sorry l for got to add text , see we all make mistakes...
They showed up on time and provided good value for their product. Out of the companies that I quoted for ac repair, they had the best mix of service and value that I was able to find. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've worked with JM Mechanical a few times now (first to install my new HVAC system and now for a maintenance check). Every time I interact with someone of their team it's truly a delight. They are polite, clean, knowledgeable and honest. Jared T. came today and took the time to walk me through how my system worked, what he was doing, and how he was checking for any issues. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. It reinforced that I will be calling JM for my future needs!
Service was good and on time. The mechanic was professional and was able to locate the issue. He was able to get a part the HVAC needed the same day and at a reasonable price. Was able to get the system up and running within a few minutes. Hopefully the problem was resolved but I would definitely call JMM if more work is needed they are really good at their job.
JM Mechanical is consistently the best around when it comes to service, value, and customer experience when needing work on my Heating and Air Conditioning. Since I started working with them five years ago, they consistently give me easy-to-understand and trustworthy advice and always take the time to make sure I understand the benefits and risks of any of the approaches they recommend. Hands down, best around.
