From the time I called to the time Michael showed up, I've been impressed with this companies customer service. They are very professional and personable. Not only was Michael early, he was very pleasant and well groomed. He made me feel very comfortable and explained what was going on with my HVAC. The best part was there was NO pressure to have any extra bells or whistles. He didn't try to make me a "club member" or feed me any lies about something needing fixed that wasn't truly broken. Thank you so much Michael! Two thumbs up!!!

AC stopped working on July 4th weekend and we were expecting guests. The service was scheduled after one phone call. Robert arrived and had it fixed before noon on Saturday.
Robert was my technician, he was very professional and polite. He called and informed me he could come early , he sent his photo and direct phone number, he was on time and completed his task in a time and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Excellent job.
Today was just the summer cleaning. Braydon called to say he was available to come earlier. I was happy to have him come for an earlier appointment. When Braydon arrived he was very friendly and professional put on his shoe coverings so as not to get anything in my condo which I appreciated. He checked the heat and then went outside and checked the air conditioner came back and said everything was OK very friendly very professional. I recommend JM Mechanical to anyone that ever asks me about needing air-conditioning or any kind of repairs, great company.
