Knew I had an issue when my outside line was freezing up. I called and they had their tech named Brandon (who was extremely polite and professional) out by the afternoon. He told me the issue and the best way to fix it without trying to sell me on any unneeded upgrade or service. Part came in the next business day and installed in the morning. Very happy!
This was our third visit from Brandon over three years for various needs. Always on time, responsive, identifies and remedies the problem quickly.
JM Mechanical was the first responder out of 4 or 5 places that I called when my AC went out. The technician came, already had an idea of what needed fixing, confirmed his suspicion, and replaced the part needed within 10-15 minutes of being here. Fast service, relatable and kind technicians, and reasonable prices. Look no further for AC Repair!

I called to schedule a HVAC maintenance service and the phone operator was friendly, helpful, communicated clearly, and was able to schedule me promptly. I received text and e-mail reminders about the service, and my technician showed up promptly at 10am (the scheduled time). Robert was very friendly, respectful, and was efficient and effective. Wonderful experience all around.
