As a first time home buyer I have little experience maintaining a home by myself so I called JM mechanical for a furnace tune up right when I purchased my home. Every aspect of my experience with this company was great, from the scheduling to the appointment itself. The technician was thorough and also very informative, taking time to explain the ins and outs of things I needed to understand/look for as a home owner as well giving me helpful advice. Their services are fairly priced. I also appreciated that they sent a profile of the technician to me when he was on his way so that I could properly identify him when he got here. I will be sure to tell any of my fellow homeowners about JM mechanical and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

JM Mechanical was one of the many places I stumbled upon while looking for someone to come check out my old furnace system. I didn't think anything of it, but the experience with the technician is what sold me. Robert is a stand up guy, super knowledgeable, very intelligent, and overall very polite.
